Kelly's Creekside offers the best hill country rentals Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offers four different suites, each with its own personality. Erin's Escape is a large (700 sq. ft.), beautifully decorated suite with beautiful views of the lush lawn and creek area. Erin's includes a comfortable sitting area with a Full size sleeper sofa, large screen TV as well as a kitchenette and dining area. Down the hall you will find a spacious, private bedroom with a king size bed and beautiful linens. The suite also includes a beautiful private bath with a large tiled shower. Erin's Escape also boasts a private patio to enjoy the beautiful views...views that you rarely find this close to Main Street shops and restaurants. It's easy to see why Erin's Escape is one of the most popular suites of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Sandy's Serenity, Sarah's Secret, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven.



- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Perfect location

The property is in a great location to Main Street and restaurants. The unit was the perfect size for a couple. We loved the private hot tub to unwind after a fun day of wine tasting and shopping.

Cute & quiet get-away!

Such a cute, well appointed, very clean & functional living space! And we loved sitting on the swing in back and watching the deer come and go along with the sunset by the creek! Within walking distance of lots of fun shopping, eating & touring places, but much more quiet than along Main Street. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great get away!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute place. It is great walking distance to the town. The resident cat was an adorable surprise! Hot tub worked wonderfully and the creek was relaxing. Overall a great stay and our favorite part was the cat!

Great place to stay! Erin’s Escape

This place is so awesome. You have every thing you need. No ice machine, but not an issue for us since we had our cooler.If you have any handicap, the stairs down are a bit steep. But they have some places upstairs. Our last full day, we sat and watched 11 deer! Beautiful place! Also, it’s within walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants.

Birthday Weekend

Great for what we needed, walking distance to all the good stuff. Only negatives were that our view was of the HEB parking lot (no leaves on trees in winter to block it), hot tub was TINY and could use a little romance lighting, and one of our window coverings in the bedroom was paper thin. Also there were only glass dishes in a house made entirely of tile, which made me nervous But it was a nice stay!

Excellent Fredericksburg Experience

We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we could possibly need - coffee, cozy robes, very nice bathroom with all toiletries, extremely comfortable bed. The hot tub was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the couch. We wanted to relax and watch a movie, but the couch was very very uncomfortable.

Nice quaint little place! Close enough to town but feel of the country side. Hot tub was the best after long days out and about….&yes a hot tub in the 100+ degree heat was nice with the cool breeze off the trees and creek.

Erin's Escape

Erin's Escape was very nice. Enjoyed the landscaping and bench near the creek. The hot tub was very relaxing. The location is perfect for walking to main street. The folks upstairs were a but heavy footed and TV loud so we could hear them through the ceiling. Overall a very good experience.

Cute Cottage

We loved the place. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We forgot our coffee and they had some there for us. The hot tub was perfect. When we had a little hiccup. I sent a text and they responded right away and helped us. Oh, I forgot the deer and ducks where there to greet us. We recommend them. Less than 3 blooks from main street. Just perfect!

Excellent property!

We stayed 2 nights midweek at Erin's Escape and it could not have been better! It's an easy 2 block walk off Main Street. The property is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a deer feeder adjacent to the property which allowed us to watch the deer at dinnertime from our patio. Super relaxing. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

No water for the coffee maker; soap suds in the hot tub; musty smell upon entering; neighbors above us were very loud when walking. Sounded like they were stomping. Nice place and we would stay again. Very quiet other than neighbors upstairs. Beautiful view and peaceful!

Perfect Location

We really loved our stay. The place is very cute and comfortable. The first day we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working but after making contact, it was working the next day. Some of the lightbulbs seemed to be burnt out. Other than that we were quite pleased.
