"We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with our family in this house. The rooms are all good size and nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was available. A quick walk to Main Street for shopping and dining makes for a great location. Hopefully my next visit will be at a warmer time when we can enjoy the backyard, patio, fire pit and outside shower. Overall renting this house was a great experience. "

Overall, a pretty good place but very strange that it proved impossible to get glasses to have a drink. Its difficult to appreciate good wine when drunk from a paper or foam cup.
Also, despite having a microwave in the room., there was no cutlery or crockery to make use of it
And the shower tap is very complex

Lovely big room hotel has just been refurbished. Shuttle bus available from hotel to NEW York city $12 return US dollars. book ahead with pick up and drop off times. Hotel was clean with typical USA breakfast.
Hotel staff helpful when approached. Excellent value compared to New York hotels if you are prepared for the trip into New York which takes 30-60 mins on average.

This property is a rare find, it is full of character and charm, a fantastic location, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and a great little breakfast room. The owner/manager is an absolute gem and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. Thank you so much and if we ever come back to Cape Cod we will definitely stay here again!
