"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and willing to meet my needs. The hotel offered a varied breakfast at a convenient time and coffee/tea/hot cocoa was available in the lobby 24 hours a day.The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions."

She is so sweet, personable, friendly and helpful. This is what a Hotel SHOULD be like. We LOVED IT HERE! Especially our interactions with the staff. Respectful, considerable, any issue or question handled quickly and with aplomb! Note: ypu may see some bad reviews, because one of their sister hotels had a major water leak, bad enough to shut that hotel down. Displaced guests were sent to our hotel for accommodations just before midnight. The staff was just as polite and kind to them as they were to us. Their perceptions are colored by their situations and DO NOT pertain to this Hotel OR ITS STAFF!"

"We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children, but very fun park and great hotel."
