New 4 bedroom home, completed 2018. Located within walking distance to Marysville village, about 400 metres.
Suitable for 3 couples, 2 larger families or 3 smaller families. Complete with wheel chair access and no pets allowed.
Master bedroom: Queen bed c/w ensuite and walk in robe. (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Double bed, c/w single bunk over (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3: 2 x double bunks (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Large open plan family/meals/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor Alfresco with beautiful views of the Steavenson Valley. C/W Outdoor Dining, Lounge and BBQ.
Double Garage is not included for guests.

Fantastic large home in idyllic location

Perfect home for families to relax in nature. Creek down the hill and beautiful views of the hills made for a very relaxing holiday.

Great place

We had a great stay. The house is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the Mountain Views and saw lots of kangaroo and foxes down the back. The fireplace was perfect for keeping the house warm during our stay. The house is in a lovely quiet street and close to the main part of town.

Serenity in the mountains

This spacious house is well appointed with ample living space and beautiful mountain views to the rear. An absolute gem in magnificent Marysville that I would highly recommend.

Relaxing

It was lovely sitting outside with views of the mountains and the kangaroos as the sun went down. Kids enjoyed the many books and activities. Bed we slept in was comfortable too.

Just what we needed.

Brads property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we wanted. As a couple with two adult kids it had all the space and amenities we needed. A lovely getaway spot , perfect walking distance to the shops and restaurants, we will have no hesitation in returning or recommending it to others.

Kangaroos in the morning

Absolutely love the wood fire the view out the window of the kangaroos. It was an awesome place to chill out. Like how there are the 2 lounge areas one for adults and one for kids.

Great views great house

We were all very surprised how big the house was. It had a great view from the back yard and in the kitchen. Great contact with the owner. Very tidy. Great for kids even had a great selection of books for all ages.

Perfect family home!

We stayed for a weekend so that we could explore the area and take our toddlers to Lake Mountain. The house was clean, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the space, the yard for the kids, the beautiful views, wood fire and location. Everything you need is there. Brad was a great host and we won’t hesitate to book again! Thanks for having us.

Wonderful!

The house is really big and can fit lots of people with everything we needed. We saw lots of pretty birds and a mob of kangaroos/wallabies through the backyard window. An enjoyable stay with a great location! Brad was easy to coordinate with, and answered all my questions. I recommend this property!

Fantastic house

Brad has a great house, we stay there twice a year when we race tarmac rally, it is a great location in a quiet court, we always have two cars and two trailers so it is easy for us. The house is huge heaps of room for all of us

Great Place

We go to Marysville twice a year for tarmac rally, and we stay at Brads place, absolute fantastic place to stay, huge house really clean every time we stay, we love it.

Spacious, well set out house. Short walking distance to town.Great backyard looking towards Cathedral Ranges, and a field of kangaroos, cockatoos and a wombat! Modern kitchen and comfortable beds.

Peaceful Property in Great Location

We had a lovely stay at Brad's property. It was an excellent size for our 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids aged 9-3) with plenty of beds, seating and crockery. Well stocked kitchen, full laundry and clothes line and 2 comfortable living spaces. We especially loved how easy it was to walk into town and the peaceful view across the mountains from the back windows and deck. Would definitely recommend.
