The second living area is at this end of the house with a 50-inch flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD/Blu-ray and PlayStation and selection of DVDs/games provided. Year around heating and cooling is provided by split systems throughout the house. The laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and sensor dryer.

Both living areas have double glass doors that open to the north-facing elevated deck that runs the length of the house with views to the surrounding mountains. A BBQ along with outdoor seating and small outdoor table/chairs make this a great entertaining space. The backyard is fully fenced and landscaped.
