"This was the perfect location to visit Rocky Mountains! Two bedrooms, two baths, stocked kitchen and a hot tub with a view! We were thrilled. Took only 20-30 min to get into Bear Lake Corridor. Downtown Estes Park also has great shops, and a great playground for kids! Lots to do if time change messes with your family. I would stay here again! "

"Great location...just a couple minutes from downtown Estes one way and the entrance to RMNP the other way. Check-in process was very easy. King size bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Nice bathroom with huge whirpool tub and double-sink vanity made getting ready for the day for 2 people effortless. Ceiling fans in living room & bedroom worked well. We didn't have time to use the hot tub. Lots of spices, coffee for the 12-cup pot, range top, microwave and dorm-size frig were a plus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Most amazing view from the deck/seating area at a great elevation that allowed for great sunset/sunrise and overall views. Great sf. for the two of us. I bit hard to find the actual unit on the campus of condos. Wonderful location, quiet, close to town and entrances to Rocky Mtn. National park. Could have been cleaner, but I have pretty high standards of cleanliness. Steps up to unit where hard/slanted downward which made it a bit difficult to climb especially when carrying loads from car. Never found a hot tub or pool to use, directions were not provided. I would definitely stay in the area off Mary's Lake Road again, but hopeful for better descriptions in the future of all units available. "

"This unit is a good fit for an active solo traveler or couple looking for a home base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The unit is small but makes an efficient use of space. As an example, there's a small coffee table/desk that has storage space, and the top can be lifted upward toward the sofa. There are wooden stairs (five wooden steps, a landing, five more wooden steps) with handrails and then a graduated concrete sidewalk down from the parking area to the unit. The owner provided helpful information concerning the appliances and responded promptly and helpfully to the inquiries I made."
