"Parking was good , kitchen was great equipment the only thing was the cleaning , our policy’s said that they do not permit pets on their property but when open the door it was a super noticeable dog hair all around the floor, living room , kitchen, we have a crawling baby so we have to go to the office to find a broom to swip all the dog hair, I thought that they was about to send the housekeeping but I have my husband walking back with a broom lol. Some drawers was Brocken and with a trow blanket cover in dog hair as well. Our room was smoke free and we choose this place because two of our kids are asmathic but when we arrived it was a noticeable smoke smell there we have to cross the street and buy a spray for the smell the view, and location was amazing "

"This home is Wonderful! From the game activities in the garage, the pool table, the hot tub and plenty of room for cards and games, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained right at the house. It's so conveniently located, close to Estes and close to RMNP and outdoor activities outside the park, it is very handy! The home is very comfortable! a fully equipped kitchen, you really don't need to bring anything but the food you want to prepare. The beds are very comfortable, the living areas are spacious and comfortable, great for relaxing after a busy day. The hot tub is large and super comfortable as well. The check in process is so easy, we had great communication from reserving, to check in and to check out. We hated to leave it's such a wonderful home!"

"Amazing house. Having the river right outside the back door was so peaceful. The sprawling windows in the living area made us feel like we were taking in the views all week long. Opening the back door let in the cool air and the calming sound of the water. Plus our kids loved “hiking” on the rocks!The host was incredible. Reached out with great tips for our first trip to Estes Park and when we had an issue with the oven, they reimbursed us for a meal when we had to order food instead of cooking as planned. Would absolutely stay here again "
