"We had a great stay at Liz’s house. It exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean, updated and well appointed. We are a family of 7 with 2 dogs who were in town for a Duke basketball camp. The house has everything you can ask for, and our favorite part was the large screened in porch that we enjoyed both morning and night. The fenced in yard is also a bonus with an amazing fire pit area with fairy lights that was a pleasure to sit around. The location is amazing - 5 minutes to Duke, 7-8 to downtown with great restaurants, 5 minutes to Whole Foods and a great bagel/ coffee place within walking distance. Liz was also very responsive with any questions we had . We look forward to booking her property again. "
"The house was nice, clean, and served as a good home base for our family. The main selling point for us was the proximity to downtown Durham locations (DBAP, etc.) and Duke. The owner was very responsive to communication."

"We had a perfect stay at this charming and surprisingly roomy bungalow in a terrific location. Everything was clean and new and worked! The light was wonderful, the showers were hot and luxurious, and there were so many helpful tiuches, such as luggage stands and neat hangers in the plentiful and large closets. Stacy stayed in close but unobtrusive touch. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are next in Durham!"
"This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!"
