"Breakfast menu was sporadically full - there was the same sausage Patty five out of seven mornings. The coffee was good. The basic fruit wasn't always available morning to morning. The Tevana tea selection was available only three of seven mornings and for people like me with food sensitivity it would be nice if they had the full selection each morning. "

"When we arrived, the property did not seem well kept. However, when we returned, the grass was cut and the hallways and elevator smelled better. The night seemed a bit more hopeful until I went to turn the water on and… black water… Sam did try to change our rooms but my husband inspected the room and water and… same. The water did turn clear after several seconds, but still… I would not return…"

"The room is not cleaned well, there was contact lens of last customer left in the night stand and I reached out to the customer service. They offered to change a room but I refused due to kids live in the next door. I repeatedly ask them to clean the room again and change all the sheets as this finding was very uncomfortable. All the answer I got was they did do the house cleaning and no apologies. In the second day, I found another lens next to the phone, which means they only removed the one I noticed and not even clean the night stands throughly! The hotel is located in a beautiful campus and the building is great. But this experience was very disappointing regarding a four star hotel. Watch out when you check in."

"We stayed at this hotel twice on our way south and back. The first time was not good. The toilet was very low to the ground which was difficult for us as we are in our 80s. There was no handsoap at the sink so we had to reach across the tub to the body wash every time we needed to wash our hands. The second time we asked for an accessible room which solved the toilet problem and there was soap."
