The staff was so helpful and arranged to take us to nearest gas station for accessing atm. Few addition like kettle, glasses,tea bags are a suggestion that hotel can consider to add to facilities. The lady at the front desk said it was broken for a while but we were not told upon checkin...come to find we were sent an email that same day about the issue as we are traveling abroad we obviously sometimes are out of cell signal. They should have booked us to a nearby hotel. "
