"Great place to stay and very close to restaurants. Only did like are the pillows, which were small and uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise it is an awesome hotel."

"There are no words to describe how disappointing this hotel is. I planned a vacation for my elderly aunt and her adult son. My cousin who has an intellectual disability and my aunt arrived to the hotel and they noticed it had very little amenities and no water in the room. They knew this hotel was economy class so they just accepted it. On the second night, their toilet malfunctioned and my aunt had to change rooms and in doing so forgot her portable charger. When she sent my cousin to ask the front desk if housekeeping found the charger, the staff talk down to my cousin with intellectual disabilities and would not give him a straight answer. My aunt who does not speak English, was forced to have her son speak for her which led him to be embarrassed by the hotel staff. Mocking him and laughing at him behind his back. Not only did they steal my aunts property but they made fun of her son for having a disability. I completely understand you get what you pay for but to rob a senior citizen and to mock and make fun of the special-needs community is crossing the line."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. It was an overall amazing experience and the best part is it’s budget friendly. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone traveling on a tight budget because it’s 20 mins walk / 5 mins uber ride to the train station that connects to the airport. "

The hospitality was amazing the art work fabulous the restaurant service phenomenal some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever tasted. The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay Hotel Phoenix is it look no further. "The parking wasn’t to my liking. And that traffic down there on Saturday night was ridiculous. Other than that my stay was great! Hotel is beautiful, rooms were very nice and comfortable."

"Close to where I needed to be.. easy walk from the Marta (downhill) .. made travel from the airport fast and cheap ...not the cleanest and safest feeling train system tho."
