Great service, staff and basically everything but the room. Rooms are tiny, like you're in Midtown NYC, but it's AVL. Zero counter space. Great location. Clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the outside sitting area near the bar. The pool and pool area looked wonderful. It was a little cool to use it. I will recommend this place, and I will stay again when I return to Asheville!
