A very special thank you to Karima for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and her warm hospitality really made a difference. "Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."
