"Hotel is very old not matching the pictures. AC is cooling only the office area not the room. we have suffered and couldn’t sleep due to exhaustion of the heat. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Toilet cover was broken. The cafeteria was extremely hot we were sweating while eating."

"First ever all inclusive and I am so glad I chose this hotel. All food was halal. Aqua Park accommodated all ages with so many different slides and hardly a busy que.
