"A wonderful stay in Verona! We had a fantastic experience at Novo Hotel Rossi. The room was bright, comfortable and well-equipped — everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were great and we slept really well every night. What truly stood out though was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and that personal touch made a real difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Verona Porta Nuova train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. "The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future."
