"There was quite a bit of work and construction going on around the area, but surprisingly, it was very quiet at night despite the hotel being located in the city center. The hotel itself felt almost magical, with a beautiful atmosphere, and the room and amenities were great. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t clearly stated that some rooms on the third floor have no windows. I wish this had been mentioned in the room description, as it would have helped me make a more informed choice when booking. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the city."

"Our first time staying and would highly recommend. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, with little touches such as offering us some breakfast when our check-out was before the normal service, ordering taxis and offering guides for bus routes. The room was clean, comfortable and the WiFi was without issues. We were travelling as a family of 4, and they put our rooms next to each other. The restaurant offer a separate menu for the children, you just need to ask, however they also let my mother-in-law choose from their alternative options. They food was fresh, tasty and the service again was excellent! We honesty had a lovely stay. Outside the hotel, we found it easy to reach the bus stop to travel into Verona and beyond. There were also some great pizzerias/kebab/japanese places in easy walking distance, so could take to our room or eat out. Plus a fab Gelateria nearby! We had everything we needed and felt comfortable asking for help or guidance."

"Staff was very welcoming, easy check in. He called to book us a taxi for the following morning. The place was clean, looked like new. Two nice drink stations in the room, one for coffee and one for tea. The art everywhere was so captivating! The bed was comfortable, and had nice crisp sheets. We enjoyed our stay"

"My room in the hotel, was clean and always tidy meaks that were provided were hot wholesome and nutritious, well served snd the dinning room staff were always polite and extremely helpful, that included breakfast which had plenty of choice,the evening meal was always nutritious and plentiful. Overall I was very happy with my dtay at the Hotel Nuovo Sole in Bovolone."
