Excellent location with great views from bedrooms. Staff very helpful. Montova is a beautiful town. We were the worried the hotels parking arrangements would be problematic but in the end quite easy.

San Lorenzo Superb Stay!

This hotel went above and beyond in all areas of customer service! The location is perfect, and the town is an Italian gem! Fabulous for families and friends!

this charming hotel right in the middle of the old town offers wonderful views from the top terrace. Staff is helpful, breakfast is fancy and delicious, and rooms very comfy. Would gladly come back.

Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !

From checking at the hotel till checkout we were dealt by very friendly staff (Delia, Benny and the young lady that check us out ). They are an asset for the hotel. Rooms are clean, large with a modern bathroom en-suite. Altogether fantastic and not expensive ( subject to room choice).

Great location of the hotel; you need to register with the hotel for the ZTL to enter the old town with the car. Free evening drink on the rooftop bar was provided. Breakfast was good.

This hotel had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Also appreciated the welcome drink on the roof terrace. Prior to our stay, we had requested that the beds be separated (I was traveling with my adult son) and they were unwilling to accommodate that. Also, our room had no curtains and so was light at night and very light in the morning. Unfortunately, both meant that we did not sleep well.

Though we only stayed one night, the staff went above and beyond. My wife was injured so they let us check in in the morning. Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun).

Wonderful location. No extras (soap etc) , one of the people at front desk was unfriendly, one was fine. There was some stains on the outside of our cover. Otherwise wonderful view of square, lovely with rooftop bar with complimentary drink, all else ok.

Lovely stay

Great stay ! I want to compliment the front desk ! Benny went over and above to help us navigate getting our car to the hotel . We got lost parked and went on foot . He walked back to the car and helped my husband locate the hotel and get his lovely colleague from Romania to check us in. Everyone always has a smile and a warm greeting !! Thank you for making it so pleasant . I would suggest management update the website to include precise instructions about how to navigate to the hotel. It is in a restricted area with electronic balusters that seemed impossible to pass.

The hotel is well located both in terms of walkability from the train station and all the central town historical attractions. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. We were watching the Eurocup at night and there was something wrong with the tv speaker so everything was garbled. Also the central electrical switch didn’t allow for the bedside reading light come on separately from the hall light and there were no spare outlets to charge personal devices without unplugging a lamp or the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was well appointed with diverse options. The front desk staff had only one attendant and was usually too busy with other guests to be interrupted for assistance unless you were willing to wait 10-15 minutes. Overall a very nice hotel with generally manageable quirks.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated near many of the city’s main attractions. Staff was very helpful, especially in calling taxis for us! Our room / suite was very spacious with brand new bathrooms.
