"Super basic at high cost. Pool was ice cold, property details stated a hot tub which there is not. Rooms were basic, shower had hair in it, tv had a homescreen for initiating Netflix which didn’t work and staff said “ya we don’t have that feature”. Just another basic bed in a room charging far too much."

"We love staying at Hilton Garden Inn. Our grandchildren love the pool and hot tub. Last time we stayed the restaurant served a sit down amazing breakfast, however, this time it was a buffet and not a very child friendly buffet at all. A waffle or pancake machine is needed for small children. My picky 6 yr old had 10 Cheerios and a glass of juice and we were charged the full price for a child (almost $9.00). The room was terrific we enjoyed watching the air plane take off and come in. Sleeping at night was difficult as there was a roaring of some sort the was continuous all night and even though we were on the 8th floor there was random loud banging under our room that must have been coming from the boiler/maintenance room. I would not recommend staying in any rooms at the back of the hotel. Very noisy. The planes taking off and landing were quiet."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, I just didn’t enjoy check-in was 4 o’clock, which is rather late, and check out at 11 AM which is average. I just felt for the money we weren’t there very long. We had a hockey game we were seeing which was far from the hotel. Hockey game started at four so we couldn’t check in until about 7 o’clock at night. So Wednesday there again. Would stay somewhere closer to either downtown Ottawa or Canadian tire Center.. It was close to neither. But the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but had to pay for parking which you don’t in most other hotels in the middle of nowhere.. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
