"Wonderful time at the Station House Inn with our dog, Gracie. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We loved the amenities the Inn provided, to include a free Smores making kit, which was great around the firepit in the evening. Loved our free welcome drinks also. Easy walking distance to the shops at Heavenly and to all the restaurants. One thing that would be helpful, bigger waste baskets for the rooms....the ones in the room are a little too small. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely stay again."
"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season.
Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."
"I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours.
When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money.
On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."
"My only ding on the property is an easy fix - the desk appeared to be unattended most of the time. Except for when we checked in during a heavy check in period, there never seemed to be anyone working the desk. If I needed anything I always had to wait or call for them. Sometimes the lights were even off. It just seemed unsecure and strange. The staff when engaged were great, they just needed to be pulled into engagement rather than easily seen giving a level of comfort (real or perceived) about how safe we were knowing someone was watching to make sure nobody unexpected came through the lobby and got up to the rooms."

10/10 Excellent
"Wow was I surprised…I thought since it was an older hotel it would be run down. Just the opposite. Cleans and we were surprised that it has 2 Bathrooms and showers and a great price too. Don’t pass this one up!"
"Room was clean, however there was no lotion in the bathroom. Front desk later sent that to the room. They do not provide shower caps and they don’t have water fountains to fill the bottles."
"Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone."
