"Staff were not too nice and did not want to help me to check in, they wanted me to check in on the machine, very disorganized"

"The hotel is perfectly located for all tours but especially for the Schonbrunn Palace. It is close to Metro and Tram. Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"The room vas very clean, spacious and had a nice view of some green space accross the road also didnt hear any loud noises from the road that could wake you up. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, few cakes, small waffles, They also had some hot foods available aswell, drinks both hot and cold, juices and a few other items, all fresh and tasty. The bar has a good selection of items and the price was quite good at the time of our stay plus its open nearly all night (Possibly all night - make sure to check) and they have a nice seating area next to the bar area."

"Convenient super market access as is in same building. Slightly difficult to find reception at first as elevators require room key to use. Best route is to enter into the building where the tall sign is that mentions the hotel and speak to reception just inside door."

"Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct. Pas de minibar ni de climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui fait partie de leur démarche écologique. Nous avons toutefois trouvé quelques cheveux sur les oreillers, les draps et dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Mis à part cela, l’établissement est bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique"
