Very friendly and comfortable hotel

This was already my third stay here. I find the price quality to be fair. The beds are very comfy, the shower has a lot of pressure and hot water, everything is always well cleaned, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast doesn’t disappoint. Just a couple of minutes from west Bahnhof, so it has a very convenient location.

Nice and comfortable family suite with much needed privacy. Fulfilling breakfast. The only downside is a steep staircase and the small elevator with a 2-person capacity. But I guess there's nothing can be done about that due to how the building is constructed. The staff is friendly and the area is good. Close to a main shopping street with a supermarket right across the street from the hotel and very convenient to transportation. There's metro right across the street and also a big tram network. It was very convenient to get to the main train station from the hotel on our last day as we were leaving Vienna. And the hotel is a short 15-minute metro right from the very heart of the historical city center.

The hotel staff was very kind. Even though I was not very good at listening and speaking English, they were very kind to me. The only drawback was that the walls were thin and I couldn't sleep well at night because other guests were talking loudly. I wish it was quieter.

I booked this property for 8 nights since it's close to my friend's place. I'm so glad I did because it's just a short walk from the train, bus station, and subway. The place is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. I didn't see any difference with the VIP access since I got one bottle of water per stay and that's the 8 nights I'm here. Vienna has potable water so you can refill it anywhere. Breakfast is included in my stay and it's worth it , I have so many options to choose from. In terms of location and accessibility, I highly recommend it!

Very good for cost benefit, but for sure it has seen better days. Rooms have been a little refurbished but you still notice the old aspects of the building (elevator of only 2 people, old doors, access with key instead of keycard, uneven floor). At the same time, room was very clean, breakfast was good and the location by the Westbahnhof is for sure a plus. In my opinion, this is a good hotel for a short stay (3 days max) when “chilling in the hotel” during the day is not something in your plans. It is also very good if your arrival/departure from Vienna is with the trains on the Westbahnhof (one of the reasons I chose this). I also think if you book with more time in advance (2-3 months for off season) you will find better options for the same price.
