VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team. .


HOUSE RULES:
1. No extra guests or visitors allowed inside without prior approval. Fee is 25 per guest/night over the 2nd person. Violations result in cancellation.
2. Check-in is after 4PM; Check-out is by 10AM. Unauthorized late check-out may incur fees up to one night's rate.
3. Strictly no pets allowed on the property.
4. No smoking or candles inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors 25ft away. Violation fee is 250.
5. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. Please refrain from outdoor noise or music to respect neighbors.
6. No professional photoshoots, video shoots, or commercial use without prior approval.
7. No parties or events without written approval.
8. Guests must allow vendor access for maintenance or repairs; we will always notify you beforehand.
9. No glitter or confetti. Excessive mess incurs a 500 cleaning fee.
10. Illegal internet use is prohibited. Connectivity is not guaranteed due to external factors.
11. Reschedule requests follow the cancellation policy. Requests made less than 14 days out require rebooking.
12. Exterior security cameras are present (doorbell, driveway, gate). No cameras are inside or in private spaces.
13. Maximum of 1 car allowed in the designated parking spot.
14. Report accidents immediately. Unreported damage incurs a 100 fee plus repair costs.
15. Traveler's insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances.
16. Before departure, please remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy.
17. Failure to follow rules acts as a breach of contract resulting in immediate cancellation without refund.
