Was a nice and interesting home. It was clean and the communication was great! The lawn was extremely overgrown so we couldn't really sit outside and enjoy nature and the sunset. Minor issues: Shower faucet in one of the bathrooms is broken and requires some finesse to get working and there was no body wash in one of the bathrooms. The- what we assume to be the neighbors came to investigate after dark whilst we were outside, they didn't announce themselves and walked along the property - was a little frightening. The value was really in the location; it's roughly an hour to each entrance of Yosemite & 20 mins to town. Word of caution on driving up - one of the neighbors has 2 dogs that chase cars. As you drive up the shared driveway, DON'T slow down for the barking dogs unless you want your car scratched from one of them jumping up to your window. They will move, don't worry!
