Sugar Pine Cabin in beautiful Mariposa Pines

All inclusive. No cleaning fee. New construction in 2019. This modern 1100 sq. ft. single story ranch style home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home has a beautiful large kitchen amply stocked for cooking needs. The living room and dining area are large and open with cozy and comfortable furnishings. We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite's main entrance (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through amazingly beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view of your drive. My husband and I are retired and live on the adjacent property, so are available for any questions or concerns you may have. We love sharing the beauty of the area with our guests.

Fun in nature

The children had fun inside and outside. Enough space that they could play outside uninhibited, but not get lost. A short and beautiful drive to the national park.

Stunning Cabin in the Pines

This was an amazing place! So quiet…so beautiful! The house is just stunning. The house is clean, well appointed, very comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! It is a bit of a drive to Yosemite…but the views on the drive are amazing. A wonderful place to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

Relaxing vacation.

We were delighted to stay at Sugar Pine Cabin. Very comfortable and clean house, well-equipped with everything necessary. Nature is gorgeous- pine trees, birds, and even we had snow. It's quiet and relaxing. The hosts are very helpful. Strongly recommended.

Had a great time! Cabin was great and had everything we needed. Lots of road construction on the roads leading to the cabin but that was the only problem. Loved sitting outside and two deer visited us in the morning.

Carmel and Richard were more than gracious hosts. The cabin was cozy yet the kitchen was spacious. The front porch was our hang out spot but the back porch got some action as well because we got involved in the corn game set up back there. Overall, the property was incredible. We would definitely want to stay in this lovely home again.

Beautiful Yosemite Base

The check in process was seamless. The house was beautiful, well equipped, well supplied with all the necessities, and very comfortable. The beds were the best we have ever found in a short term vacation rental. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly. The wife and I recommend this rental and will check its availability on a return trip in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Wooden Get away

This house was most definitely a home. It was loved and cared for and exceeded our expectations so much so that we wanted to stay at the cozy little home more than going out to the National Parks. Quiet, cozy, great amenities and snacks and wildlife all around. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Comfortable beds and loved the seating options all outside. Definitely spent most of my time there outside just watching and enjoying the beautiful scenery and cool breeze. Would highly recommend this place and will most definitely be staying again in the future.

Gorgeous cabin in the woods

We loved our stay at Sugar Pine Cabin! The location was great, beautiful secluded spot amongst the trees - I enjoyed my coffee on the porch, watching a hummingbird go about its business! The hosts are right next door if you need them and are quick to respond if you do. Both the El Portal/Rock Arch and South gates to Yosemite NP are an hour away in different directions, which isn’t too far really. The cabin itself is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you could possibly need and has such a comfortable, homey feel. I am so glad I found this gem of a property!

Truly a Gem off the beaten path!

What a wonderful home to stay in. We visited Yosemite as well as Kings Canyon and Sequoia. The ride to and from are a bit long but absolutely stunning. It becomes part of the experience. This home is wonderfully clean, spacious and has all the comforts of home. The hosts are wonderful, they had some tree work done while we were there, made sure to check with us in advance and then were there to oversee and make sure we weren't bothered. We would give this charming property six stars if we could!

Exceptional Stay!

We have stayed at many VRBOs and this has to be one of our favorites! It is so clean and tastefully decorated. There is great attention to detail and many amenities to make sure you will have everything you need! The kitchen is very well-stocked. I would highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again, I will make sure to stay here again. Thanks for sharing such a great place!

Everything about the cabin was lovely. The property is surrounded in trees that attract all sorts of different birds throughout the day, and the outdoor furnishings make it super easy to sit outside and relax while watching the nature. Inside, the cabin is super cozy. There’s a large, open living room and kitchen area equipped with just about anything you may want, whether for cooking or general entertainment. The hosts provided a nice variety of snacks, coffee, tea, and other amenities. There are lots of windows throughout the entire property which give a great view of the nature outside. The rooms were also very nice with comfortable beds.

Wonderful stay
