The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

The whole house is available for access! Please refrain from entering the sheds or going on the property below the home. If guest chooses to do so, they are entering at their own risk.

We welcome well behaved dogs (max of 2). Please message host prior to arrival – pet fee is $75 for first pet and $50 for additional pet. Failure to notify will result in pet fee plus $200 charge.

Check out instructions: Please load and run dishwasher and remove food from fridge. If used, please be sure the flue to indoor wood burning furnace is shut and hot tub is covered prior to departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
