"Harassed me to pick my breakfast option the afternoon before I was supposed to have breakfast. Then on day of breakfast woke me up at 7am to tell me that what I picked wasn’t available. When I asked for toast instead, they gave me one single toast, waiter was not pleasant at all. Bed looked and felt old. It would let out a large creak like a car was in the room any time you moved on the bed. Sleep was terrible as a result. Every other hotel I’ve been to in Sri Lanka the staff would take there...
