On the plus side, the staff was professional and polite, parking was just outside of my door and well lit, and the area was relatively quiet. It is safe. Unfortunately the room conditions weren't great. Saggy mattress, not particularly clean, and the shower didn't get hot.

Upon arrival I was informed that the room was not yet ready. It was past their posted check in time. The staff said to give them 30-40 minutes. Ok fine I left came back an hour later and the staff said again that they don’t think the room is ready. He tried calling the maids and they didn’t answer. ...
