"After booking the hotel and paying the security deposit we did not get our check in information until it late the day of when we had to be checked in by 10 pm before a late fee. We checked in after getting the instructions, walked into the room and the key was not there. We contacted host and were not able to get key. My wife went on the bed and it collapsed. The bathroom light stoped working the next day. Aside from all of that the view from the rental was nice and it was in a good area. "

"I had lost my i.d after being out after the Blue Jays game. I tried to pick up my deposit and had a bit of a hard time getting it but I completely understand and applaud they diligent effort to prove I was the one that left the deposit. I had a different piece of i.d but was not the one I used to check in so she went back to the video footage to be sure I was the person that checked in.
It was a bit of a nuisance but I'm glad she took the time to be sure my deposit was not given to the wrong person.
She was very kind and understanding of my situation.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, mainly because of her kindness and I feel she went above and beyond her job description.
The only thing I did not like was the police randomly asking anyone in a car for their i.d and why they were in the parking lot. They showed up twice while we stayed the one night. The officer was very rude and while I know I did not have to give my i.d without cause, it was just easier and faster to just give it so they can run the names so we can leave.
Unless the hotel asked them then they should not be doing that on a private property "
