This was really a 5 star experience without a 5 star price. Everything here exceeded our expectations. Staff in all areas were super attentive. Front Desk staff was always available and super efficient and friendly. This atmosphere was definitely carried throughout the whole property. Staff everywhere ...
We spent two nights at this hotel in June. It is located a bit far from the very center of town, it may take 30 minutes by walk to get to the center with mineral springs, central Kolonáda and Singing Fountain. Facing the main road our room had a balcony and overall was quite noisy. The room had very ...
Really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean and beautiful with lovely chandelier and high ceilings. The room was ready for us including a baby cot for our 11 month old baby. As hotel quests we took advantage of using the sauna and pool which was very good! Breakfast was very ...
We enjoyed our stay and the massage treatments. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff is insufficient and overworked. There is no one around after 7pm. The hotel restaurant refuses to take credit cards or allow you to charge your bill to your room.
This hotel should not have 4 stars. The rooms are too old and equipment is not uptodate in particular the bathroom.

In addition, we have a room on the ground floor, where it was impossible to leave an open window. Food was good, beverages overpriced. The wifi in our room was very ...
