Staff were really helpful, spa treatments were fantastic, Roman pools and sauna were amazing Dimitri from guest relations was so helpful. Staff in dining room were especially helpful, our waitresses were amazing .

Nice property, lots of holistic treatment options. Beautiful surroundings. Parking may be an issue despite 5 stars rating. Also, air conditioning wasn't available and room became uncomfortable on the warm days.

I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. Lots of smokers right by the front entrance and smoke goes to the guest rooms that are facing park. Dmitriy, Vanessa ,Komarek Jiri, and Milacek Filip that work up front are always a top customer care and an excellent representatives. Ostap at reservation department as well was very pleasant and professional to work with.Cleaning room lades are very friendly and good workers as those who works at the restaurant . Separate recognition to Dmitriy who is customer care representative - he was the best , he loves what he does and he does it with care and love. The company needs to recognizer employees like that and reward . Bravo for personality, sincere kindness and fascinating knowledge and desire to share interesting facts about the spa resort with guests. Thank you Dmitriy.

Peaceful and Elegant

This is THEE place to stay in Marianske Lazne! It is VERY close to "The Singing Fountain", the Park, and The Colonade. The Roman Baths are simply Divine! The Breakfast was Fabulous. The service, especially Filip was exceptional. Such a Peaceful and Elegant stay!

I enjoyed nice persons of the staff in the Ensana Nove Lazne Hotel like OLINA and Pilip in the Reception, and in the Royalty Restaurant OLINA, YANA, MARIA, the lady manager, the Senior manager, the old cook and also all the ladys, who clean my Suite #101. I will return, if I'm healthy in the future. Thank you very much!

Unser Urlaub in diesem mondänen Gebäude hat uns überwältigt. Der Empfang freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer geräumig, großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Angestellten zuvorkommend und sehr zugewandt. Der Speisesaal ruhig und die Auswahl sowohl am Frühstücksbüffet als auch am Dinner-Büffet reichhaltig und von bester Qualität. Wir haben Stunden der Entspannung im römischen Bad, beim Moorbad, den Massagen genossen. Ein Aussenbereich zum Sonnen fehlte uns nicht wirklich. Der Park lädt zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein, der umliegende Wald zu kleinen oder großen Wanderungen. Die Beschilderung ist sehr gut. Summa summarum hatten wir einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und werden bald wiederkommen ❤️

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, auch das Personal schwankte in seinen Leistungen sehr. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings mit langen wegen. Zum Pool läuft man 15 Minuten. Das Frühstück wusste mit einer großen Auswahl und guten Qualität zu überzeugen.

Wunderschönes Hotel im romanischen Stil. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Auszeit und haben den Spa Bereich sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Restaurant und die Bar nagelneu und schön! Einziger Negativpunkt: Abendessen gibt es nur bis 20:30 Uhr und die Bar hat nur bis 23 Uhr bzw. 22 Uhr am Sonntag geöffnet. Wir empfanden das als viel zu früh und zu kurz. Lieber etwas später beginnen und dafür länger. Schließlich sind nicht nur Kurgäste da, sondern auch Touristen. Generell findet man ab 20:30 nur sehr schwer noch ein Restaurant in Marienbad.

Nichts besonderes.

Uns haben die Aufgusse gefehlt. Wenig Auswahl an süßen Gebäck, Torten oder Kuchen. Das erste von sehr sehr vielen Hotels, wo man für Kaffee oder Tee am Abendessen bezahlen muss. Ansonsten sind ja überall teuere Kaffeemaschine wo man selbst holen kann. Service war aber wirklich gut.

Calme et volupté

Belle atmosphère avec des effluves Belle Epoque. Des bains dans un cadre délicieux. Le parc juste de l´autre coté de la rue. En résumé un très bel endroit pour donner au temps le temps.

Die Aussenfassade & der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön. Im Speisesaal waren die Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Die Anwendungen waren gut & günstig. Ansonsten waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Zunächst wurde uns ein kleines, staubiges & sehr muffiges Zimmer im Souterrain mit klitzekleinem Badezimmer und einer kleinen Duschgelegenheit (weitentfernt vom Standard der 90er) zugeteilt. Auf Reklamation hin bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer im ersten Stock. Dieses war größer, heller und mit einem Bad, wie man es post 90er erwartet - vom 5 Sterne-Standard aber immer noch weit entfernt (u.a. kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer (bei ausgewählten Nachbarn aber schon), staubig, kein gereinigter Teppich, Bett/Matratze sehr abgelegen).
