Pretty hotel but with no lights (for saving purposes). It gives a bad overall feeling. Very pretty suite with beautiful furniture but the ordinary rooms are too small. All the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is above average without being delicious. Agreeable swimming pool with beautiful view but not a really spa. Staff friendly but not entirely English speaking.

Wie bereits während der letzten beiden Aufenthalte, war auch dieses verlängerte Wochenende kaum zu überbieten. Bereits beim tollem Chek-Inn wurden wir diesmal mit einem Upgrade überrascht. Das Personal war wieder super hilfsbereit und freundlich und das für den Abend gebuchte Essen perfekt in der Präsentation und im Geschmack. Wir haben diesmal die Upgrade-Suite nur zum Relaxen im Pool und zum zum Besuch des Restaurants verlassen. Natürlich hat das Restaurant auch denen Preis, was man sich aber gerne mal gönnen muss. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist diesmal etwas weniger umfangreich ausgefallen, wie sonst. Lag aber wohl daran, das nicht so viel Gäste im Haus waren.

Good: Beautiful building and rooms. Staff were friendly and professional. Wonderful breakfast with eggs cooked to order. The chef was great. Can be improved: Swimming pool was pleasant though I noticed the ceiling should be cleaned. No tea or coffee in the room. At such a high level hotel, I would expect to have a cup of coffee. They had nice chess tables next to the billiards with drawers for pieces but no pieces for them. It would have been nice to play a game of chess on the large chess tables.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war wesentlich größer als erwartet und hinterließ einen luxuriösen Eindruck und mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt. Das gesamte Personal incl. Rezeption war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie wir es schon von unserem letzten Aufenthalt in Erinnerung hatten. Das Abend-Menü über die HP ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da es mit zu den Highlights des Hauses zählt. Bei der nächsten Buchung werden wir auf Grund von Komfortgründen, falls möglich, die Option "Doppelbetten" wählen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt Wochentags gewählt und hatten somit den Pool an beiden Tagen für uns allein. Da wir von unseren vielen Hotelaufenthalten schon ziemlich verwöhnt sind, empfanden wir das Frühstück zwar als gut, jedoch hob es sich für uns auch nicht von den anderen von uns besuchten Häusern besonders ab. Auch hier beim Frühstück hat uns das anwesende Personal mit Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit extrem beeindruckt.

Das Restaurant war bzgl.Speisen und Getränken hervorragend, jedoch sehr hochpreislich und schwach besucht. Der Kellner, welcher uns immer bediente, war spitze ! Im gesamten Hotel ist ein Investitionsstau bemerkbar. ( wir waren schon oftmals dort. ) Zu wenig Gäste...... Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Hotel ist einzigartig!

Hotellet var rent og pænt, men der var nogle fejl undervejs. Aircon er ikke god på hotellet, vi fik en upgrade pga. det, men det nye værelse var lige så varmt. Der var heldigvis ikke så varmt udenfor, så det var ikke det helt store problem, men var der 30 grader ville det ikke være godt. Vores boblebad lækkede vand, og golfsimulatoreren gik ned flere gange, da de vi brugte den, plus den kunne ikke detektere bolden mange gange. Der er flere af denne type småfejl, som er lidt en skam, da det er et dejligt sted, og overordnet set er jeg da også meget tilfreds med opholdet. Hotellet ligger godt, og der er gode faciliteter og nemt til vandrestier m.v. Der er dog én ting, der irriterer mig, og det er blot en personlig ting, og det er, at de har laminerede vin- og menukort. Det er en lille ting, men det virker billigt og skrabet. Det samme gør det, at det koster 5 euro at bruge poolbordet, det betyder ikke det store, men jeg ville hellere give 10 euro mere for værelset, da det ødelægger lidt af stemningen på hotellet, det virker smålligt og lidt som et billigt familieressort. Der er flere af sådanne småting, der ødelægger fornemmelsen af stedet. Vi kom lige fra Pupp i Karoly Vary, der omvendt havde præcis den udefinerbare atmosfære, jeg savnede her. Det ændrer dog ikke ved, at det er et godt sted, og at jeg nok vil komme tilbage - medmindre et af de andre hoteller i byen giver mig den særlige atmosfære, jeg lidt savnede her.

Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft; Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist vielleicht etwas zu klein; der Golfplatz ist 13 km entfernt. Wellness und Sport sind woanders sicher besser möglich, aber Lage und Service entschädigen in vollem Umfang.
