"Hotel Azul is in the most historic part of downtown across from lovely Plaza de San Sebastián. If you tell a taxis driver “Plaza de San Sebastián,” that’s all they need to know. Not a lot of traffic on this street but taxis on streets above & below. We stayed 9 nights in this small modest hotel and loved it. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance & there’s lots to see. First floor is one flight up, but luggage assistance is available. "

Staff was very accomodating, we were informed upon check in that all the facilities were to be closed the next day and we of course were disappointed. Later that day we were informed that they would keep the facilities open for us !"
