"This was a great adventure. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for us. There is a bit of a hike to the yurt, which made for a peaceful and secluded stay. Andrea and Clay greeted us and showed us around the place which was beautiful. There is a river right out the door that we swam in, and the yurt was so cozy inside."

"Great little unit that was spacious and easy to find. Close to Baddeck with easy access to the rest of the island. Little playground for the kids was a nice touch, especially when the parents were trying to pack up. We did notice that the fridge didn't seem to be cleaned from the last guest. "I can’t recommend this place enough. We stayed in the 3 bedroom chalet and everyone was very happy with our choice! It sits on a hill with a fantastic view down the little valley, has a wood burning fireplace that gives you the rustic feel, and the attic is so spacious! Dinner at the resto was so flavourful, and live music certainly added to the charm. I wish we could have stayed longer! "
