Great little place to stay it was very clean and had everything we needed. I emailed the host once or twice and they replied promptly. Check in was easy and direction was clear, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin. Clean and everything worked. And towels smelled so good. Well designed for 2-3 people to enjoy comfortably. Close to restaurants and kayaking. Highly recommended.

Thankful for the illuminated by the side of the road sign, or else it would've been very hard finding this place after dark in the mountainous roads on the Cabot trail. Cellular access is very poor in these areas, so make sure you get the instructions (lock box code) etc before you leave. I had to scramble to find the owner's phone and call him, thankfully he picked up and got me in ok. Room is very clean and brightly lit. Sofa bed served its role for my kid. Main bed in separate room was nice. Washroom was very clean and bright. Wireless was nice and fast. Oven worked well for a late night snack. Toaster worked for a simple breakfast. The only annoyance was the smoke alarm went nuts (and not from smoke!) and I was instructed by the owner to basically disconnect it from the power. Thankfully I am handy, or else the smoke alarm would've been chirping all night and driving the entire family nuts.

It's a lovely cabin in the forest with everything you need for days or weeks of stay. With all the IKEA furniture the place felt like home to us. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is good size and the bedroom is cozy and inviting to sleep. Everything was squeaky clean. Would come back anytime.

Peaceful retreat

We loved this beautiful cabin with tasteful and modern amenities. It was a warm and inviting space, and felt very private. It is tucked into the woods and a very peaceful place. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

My husband and I loved this cabin. It was perfect for our travel needs, the kitchen had a good array of pots and pans, clean dishes and glassware. It’s on the small size, but everything is brand new and super clean. It’s tastefully decorated and we both just felt so comfortable here. Easy to get to, located right on the Cabot trail and close to activities in Dingwall. We found a great place to kayak 15 minutes away at Cabot trail adventures. Highly recommend!

Beautiful HQ for Park Exploration

Small but very comfortable with a great view. Nicely furnished and equipped with all the essentials for simple cooking. We enjoyed taking our pups for hikes on several different trails during our five night stay. This is way up at the northern end of the Cabot Trail, so be aware that musical and cultural tourism destinations like Mabou and Sydney require some drive time.

This was a great stay on the Cabot Trail. This is a small private cabin with a full kitchen and clean bathroom. The reason I didn’t give this 5/5 is because while the whole space feels pretty new, the furniture is not designed for heavy use and the chair and couch were showing signs of cracking/coming apart and two people sleeping on the bed felt like it might collapse under us. Otherwise it was a peaceful stay with a beautiful view.

Lovely cabin on the Cabot Trail

We stayed one night in this lovely little cabin along the Cabot Trail. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s small but cozy, and well equipped. The only negative was the floors are very creaky and quite loud. This wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though. There’s a very good restaurant and small grocery store about 10 minutes down the road.
