"The person at the front desk was super rude. I walked in with my wife and he immediately started asking me in a very rude and convicTing way who she was and that I had booked for 1 person. I explained to him and showed him the expedia booking for two people after which he was asking for our paperwork and marriage certificate which I provided. The team were warm, attentive, and professional, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would not hesitate to return and recommend the hotel to others. "
