Super Lage! Tolle Feruenwohnung!
Super Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und auch das Örtchen bietet alles was man braucht. Der Empfang und auch weitere Kontakt des Aufenthaltes war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Fragen könnten sofort geklärt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2 wunderschöne Wochen am Meer
Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der schöne kleine Weg zum Strand durfte man durch privaten und sehr gepflegten Garten zurücklegen, die Gastgeberin Enrica ist sehr freundlich, nett, sehr hilfsbereit und hat mit ihren guten Empfehlungen unseren Aufenthalt noch besser und unterhaltsamer gemacht.
Wir danken Enrica vom Herzen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage / very nice home in beautiful area
Sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat uns sogar abgeholt, als unser Navi uns falsch geleitet hatte (DANKE!)
Sehr saubere toll ausgestattete Wohnung, super Lage direkt am Strand (durch den Palmengarten des Hauses und dann noch 2 min Fußweg),
Bucht von Procchio sehr schön zum Baden und Schnorcheln (linker und rechter Rand), auch mit kleinen Kindern toll.
Gute Ausgangslage für Touren, Auto kann auch mal eine Woche stehen bleiben, neben dem Strand von Procchio sind zwei weitere kleine Sandstrände in malerischen Buchten zu Fuß gut erreichbar (Kinder 5 und 7 sind ohne Probleme hin gelaufen).

Very clean great equipped apartment, super location directly on the beach (through the palm garden of the house and then another 2 min walk),
Bay of Procchio very nice for swimming and snorkeling (left and right edge), also great with small children.
Good starting point for tours, car can easily be parked for a week, in addition to the procchio beach two different small sandy beaches in picturesque bays are within easy walking distance (children 5 and 7 walked there without problems).

Der perfekte Urlaub
Eine sehr gepflegte, großzügige, wunderschöne Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, die exakt der Beschreibung entspricht. Highlight ist der überdachte Balkon mit Meerblick, auf dem wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Die Vermieterin antwortet sofort, für Rückfragen stand zusätzlich eine englischsprachige Dame als Kontakt zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Lage in der Mitte ist die Erkundung der Insel ohne weite Anfahrten möglich. Guter Ausgangsort auch für Wanderungen, z. B. auf den Capanne.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage
Wir verbrachten in der Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick und kurzen Wegen zum Strand eine erholsame Woche. Sehr gute Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Sympathische und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, außerdem weitere hilfreiche Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Danke!

Posizione magnifica e accoglienza eccezionale!
Casa molto grande (6 posti letto comodi, tre stanze da letto) con vista meravigliosa, aria condizionata, la padrona di casa attenta ad ogni dettaglio ha offerto acqua minerale, olio, sale, detersivi, bustine di tè, la biancheria da letto e da bagno (chiesta in anticipo), persino le cialde per il caffè espresso. Cucina super attrezzata, frigo con congelatore, 4 fornelli a gas, dovizia di attrezzi e stoviglie e padelle.
Asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, wifi, un bel giardino con lettini prendisole, posto auto, magnifica terrazza coperta vista golfo.
Gentilissima nell'assistenza per la raccolta differenziata, casa dotata di tutti i vari secchi e sacchi. Il centro del paesino è vicino, la spiaggia si raggiunge comodamente a piedi dal giardino.
Montagne di libri di ottimo valore!
Anche la cassaforte a muro.

Super Appartment
Ganz tolle, große Wohnung im 1. bzw. obersten Stockwerk einer eleganten Villa mit einem wunderschönen Hausstrand, der zu Fuß durch den mit Palmen gesäumten, gepflegten, riesigen Paradiesgarten der Eigentümer in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Ganz in der Nähe mit dem Auto sind Traumstrände wie Capobianco (Bucht mit weißen Steinen mit türkisblauem Wasser) oder Biodola zu finden. Küche und die 2 (!) Bäder wurden 2017 top renoviert, aber auch die anderen Zimmer (3 ! Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, insgesamt 6 Schlafplätze) sind super. Ein Traum auf 100 qm, große Terrasse überdacht mit Blick auf das Meer bzw. die Bucht von Procchio, das als kleiner Badeort der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf ganz Elba ist. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Töchtern verreist und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Procchio ist gerade für Familien sehr geeignet. Die Eigentümer Enrica und ihr Mann sind überaus sympathisch: Wenn wir Fragen hatten (z.B. zur ausgeklügelten Mülltrennung auf der Insel) , kam sofort ihre nette Haushaltshilfe Giovanna. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, vom Föhn u. Nespressomaschine über die Parmesanreibe bis zur Zitronenpresse. "Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als bei uns zu Hause", so das Fazit meines Mannes... Wir haben trotzdem nur 2x gekocht, denn ganz in der Nähe fußläufig sind wunderschöne Restaurants am Strand, in denen man hervorragend essen kann - und dabei beobachtet man, wie die rote Sonne im Meer untergeht. In den Restaurants, in denen vorwiegend Italiener essen, sollte man während der Ferienzeiten und am Wochenende besser reservieren. Ach so, und es gab einen abgesperrten schattigen Parkplatz vorm Haus, das war auch sehr angenehm. Bei uns war es noch nicht so heiß, sonst gibt es wohl auch eine Klima-Anlage, aber das war bei uns nicht nötig, da alle Fenster zudem über schließbare Fensterläden verfügen. (also alles sehr durchdacht und praktisch...) Fazit: Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.
