"Everything was perfect, we have a good time, just the road to the appartments is not good"

"Rigtig fin lejlighed med god plads og en fantastisk udsigt over havet. Vi blev dog temmelig overraskede over, at det kostede 29 EUR pr. dag for 2 liggestole + parasol! Stor ekstra omkostning, som vi ikke kunne se omtalt noget sted. Man skal bruge bil for at komme til lejlighederne - det tager ca. 10 minutter at komme til Porto Azurro. Hyggelig havneby med indkøbs- og spisemuligheder."

"Séjour en hiver, un peu court pour s’habituer au lieu (fonctionnement du chauffage). Attention : les lits sont en 1/ en 180 et 2/ en 90 et plutôt pour enfants car trop peu de hauteur entre les 2 lits ! 3/ le canapé en 100. Il faut prévoir les draps en fonction… L’été, ce logement doit être merveilleux. Excellent échange avec propriétaire."

"We liked the location , but a car is necessary. It is better to visit a larger number of beaches and choose the one that suits you. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The downside of the coin are mosquitoes, there are countless , and do not respond to pills. "

"Empfang und Kommunikation war prima. Maria wohnt im gleichen Haus. Wohnung war sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet. Reiste mit meiner Mutter daher waren 2 Bäder praktisch. Im Ort ca 7 min zu Fuß gibt es Bäckerei sowie kleinen laden. Die kleine Bar mit Pizzeria im Zentrum ist zu empfehlen. Terasse ist herrlich und ruhig. Gerne wieder"

"Marciana liegt im ruhigeren Westteil der Insel, es gibt dort aber durchaus einen starken Tourismus. Die Topografie lässt allerdings nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen zu. Am westlichen Ortsausgang von Marciana gibt es eine kleine Rosticceria mit Brotverkauf ab 9 Uhr und einem Angebot an Lebensmitteln. Die drei von uns besuchten Restaurants boten allesamt unspektakulär schmackhafte lokale Küche in tollem Ambiente. Die Wege sind meist steil und für an Flachland gewöhnte anstrengend, die...

"L'appartamento è stato pulito e conforme alla descrizione. Ben arredato e con tanti confort. La terrazza è fantastica e spaziosa. La posizione è comoda per arrivare un po' dappertutto. Noi abbiamo girato molto e abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo delle bellissime spiagge anche sulla costa est e nord. La spiaggia sotto casa di lido di Capoliveri è a cinque minuti a piedi, velocissimo."

"We had a great time in Poggio and Elba - we got around by bus and by foot. The walk down to Marciana Marina takes about an hour and we took the bus back up the hill. The apartment itself was spacious and had great amenities, but was a bit damp and had no air circulation."

"Welcoming apartment with a lovely view of the see. Air conditioning in the bedrooms provided much needed confort from summer temperature. We enjoyed the spacious grilling area outside. The WiFi was not up to the standard of our adolescent heir, but Silvia and Giusi provided alternatives as part of their exquisite hospitality. Grazie!!!"

"Am Anfang für Interessenten - Vermieter Umberto und Marzia sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor der Anreise von Umberto alle wichtigen Informationen über einkaufen und Anfahrt erhalten. Super nette Begrüßung durch Umberto. Bei jeder Begegnung immer ein freundliches Blick und freundliches Wort übrig. Wohnung groß, nicht abgewohnt, mit super Terrasse die von früh bis spät zur Entspannung einlädt. Super Ausblick. Objekt sehr sauber und anliegende Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen sehr schön...

"We loved our stay! The views were exceptional! Lots of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, a beach and shopping nearby! We loved watching the local ferries coming and going! We’ve already shared with many friends! The price was right, too!"

"Casa accogliente,forse un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una buona vacanza in famiglia. La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea."

"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in dem kleinen aber feinen Ferienhaus. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Bar in direkter Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist total hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit wertvollen Tipps und allen sonstigen Anliegen um seine Gäste. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder."
