Villa Oda apartments are located directly on the beach of Pareti Bay with direct access to the sea.



They are considered to be among the most beautiful and enjoyable on Elba Island due to their direct location on the sea, with direct descent to the beach from the house.



Pareti is located in the southeastern part of Elba Island close to the town of Capoliveri.The apartments enjoy the fascinating panorama of the islands of Montecristo, Pianosa and Corsica. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, its seabed is a paradise for tourists and divers.

Pareti is historically the kingdom of divers because of the beauty of its sea and represents the most beautiful gulf in the municipality of Capoliveri. It enjoys the panorama of Corsica, Montecristo and Pianosa.

It is a magical place, difficult to describe in words, but one that easily remains in the hearts of those who visit because of its uniqueness!



A few meters from the apartments are a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, diving school as well as the beach bathing establishments.



The Three-room Apartment, max 4 persons, directly on the sea 3 meters from the beach with spectacular views, particularly suitable also for disabled people since it has no architectural barriers and is equipped with slides to get directly to the sea.

Also very suitable for those with BICYCLES and DOGS because of its large terraces equipped with shower, countertop and sink for caring for your dog.

Toll gelegene Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super nah am Strand in der geschützten Bucht. Wir haben viel Zeit an diesem Strand verbracht, und obwohl wir im November da waren, sind wir an einigen Tagen sogar noch ins Wasser! Cons: In der Beschreibung wurde eine Feuerstelle für BBQ angepriesen. Dieses hübsche Cheminée war allerdings ausser Betrieb und wir haben auch auf Nachfrage keinen Ersatzgrill erhalten. Auch die Küchenausstattung war nicht so umfangreich wie im Beschrieb.
