    Welcome to our “Trout Creek Getaway”, adorable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom creekfront cabin. Peaceful drive in surrounded by creek and mature hardwoods. Just steps away from thousands of acres of US Forest Service Property.
    Two bedroom with one king bed, one queen bed and sleeper sofa in living area. Well equipped kitchen. Central AC and heat. Outdoor living includes a front and back deck with a brand new hot tub and fire pit overlooking the creek, porch swing and gas grill.
    Relax and enjoy the peaceful getaway.
    Beautiful drive where you will follow a creek up in the mountain. Creek is stocked 4 times a year with trout. Lots of wildlife including turkeys, deer, bears.
    Downtown Murphy’s and Andrews are only 10 minutes away. Hiking, water rafting and
    tubing are available just a short distance away. We border Georgia, NC and Tennessee and close to all they have to offer.

    Direct TV, HIGH SPEED Starlink Wi-Fi internet are available, Cell Service is not guaranteed.
    There is a 30 AMP RV plug at the shed area, if you travel with any time of camper that takes 30 AMP you can charge it at the property;

    Please be aware seasonal weather may affect road conditions. 4 wheel drive is recommended in winter time.
    Also please be aware that final 2 miles of road approaching the cabin is private gravel/dirt.

Outstanding stay. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Host was great and very responsive. Highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing vacation without any distractions so you can fully enjoy nature and the mountains experience. Hot tub is a great plus.

Property was clean and located exactly as described. Nice hot tub. 2 bathrooms and washer & dryer. Bad storm came in day od check in and breaker went out that was connected to all outlets in master bedroom so no lamps, TV, nor could we plug in CPAP machine or night light. Notified host who did send out housekeeper next day to flip breaker but it didn't work. Said they would send out electrician. Understood it was a holiday, so we had to buy an extension cord and run things from the bathroom and sleep with door open for the night light. Host did not send us a courtesy message to say the electrician couldn't come. The host apologized later stating she didn't get our message. The electrician did come on 3rd day, but, issue did not get resolved and we never heard from the host again and had to just deal with this on our own.

Anniversary Getaway

My spouse and I enjoyed our anniversary trip. The listing was very accurate. The cabin was in a peaceful location and we only had 2 neighbors. The 3 mile dirt road was a little tricky at night. If there had been snow on the ground a 4x4 would have been needed. The thought process of everything we were going to need was on point. The only thing is there wasn’t a dishwasher which was ok for 2 guests. We will definitely book again this summer or fall.

Cute cabin

The home was excellent and had everything we needed to cook in and all of the toiletries. It was very cozy. The hot tub was hot and clean! The host was gracious and easy to work with. The cabin was several miles off a narrow dirt road and there wasn't much to do around there.... The main concern was that based on the photos we expected a large fishing Creek in the backyard which did not exist. It's mainly just a home in the woods but if that's what you're looking for this is the place!

Trout Creek Cabin

The cabin was clean and very peaceful. The stream flows way below the cabin, but you can hear it clearly early in the morning or in the evening. We enjoyed the hot tub and s'mores by the fire in the evenings! There are no trout anywhere in the creek, even at the pullouts on the road. Also, the neighbors go back and forth on 4 wheelers and trucks, and have created large ruts in the road leading to the cabin. It was even challenging for our 4x4! We have never stayed in a VRBO cabin/house where we had to haul away our own garbage. I would suggest lowering your cleaning fee if your cleaners are not taking care of garbage too. It is not fair to the guests to be strapped with the additional cost and the haul away.

The best cabin and location for a peaceful beautiful get away!!

This cabin was located in the perfect location for what me, my son and father were looking for. The creek that runs along the road to the cabin is absolutely beautiful and yes we caught a good amount of trout. I definitely recommend driving slow with windows down and enjoy the beautiful sounds the creek has to offer. The pull off spots are near some great fishing spots. I have a 4wd vehicle but Twas not needed whatsoever. The cabin was so cozy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with normal household items. Beds are comfortable and even the pull out couch was comfy. Hot tub was a huge bonus to the whole experience. We had a great variety of beautiful song birds visiting the feeders which was nice to relax and watch while hearing the creek nearby. The locals are very friendly but provide privacy. I’ve stayed at several cabins and this one by far was my favorite. Felt home sick after leaving!! Thank you Olga for your wonderful hospitality and beautiful trout creek getaway. Will be booking again soon.

This cabin was perfect for what we needed. It is very secluded which we loved but still close enough to town for convenience. The hot tub was great! Sitting on the back porch swing, reading my Bible and listening to the rain in the morning couldn’t have been more enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for the family. Having the washer and dryer helped make the trip better so we were able to pack less and come home with mostly clean clothes. We highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future.

The drive up the mountain was an adventure on it's own - wow, so beautiful. And the moment we walked through the door, we felt home. The creek was the kids' favorite and I absolutely enjoyed the hottub in the nature.Slow mornings with coffee on the swing and so much fun family time. We'll definitely come back.
