"We booked the “large room” category, which promised 100 sqm, but about half of that was outdoor terrace space, so the actual room was much smaller than expected. Location-wise, we were placed all the way at the bottom of the property near the highway, not around the main complex as we’d hoped. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all in our building, while it apparently worked fine elsewhere on the property, which made this particular block feel even more neglected.
