- Bright studio apartment located on the 1st floor of Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This east-facing property is surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is completed new and renovated.
It has a sofa-bed and 2 single beds
Skol building has 3 unheated swimming pools, open all year round. Concierge and security 24 hours. And direct acces to the promenade through the pools.
