Elegant, beautifully finished ground-floor apartment in small gated community in San Pedro de Alcántara—only 300 metres from golden beaches and the picturesque promenade leading to Puerto Banús. The property features two bedrooms and an outstanding west-facing covered terrace overlooking tranquil gardens and the quiet pool. The terrace stands out for its comfortable outdoor furniture and elegant dining table, creating a perfect setting for relaxing afternoons and al-fresco meals. All amenities, great restaurants, a sports club, and the charming village centre are an easy walk away.
