LUXURIOUS PENTHOUSE WEST FACING and POOL FACING for the PERFECT HOLIDAY: The property is air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment beautifully furnished to a very high standard and in a PRIME POSITION with a very large terrace overlooking sub-tropical gardens and one of the large swimming pools as well as magnificent La Concha mountain and 10 minutes walk from PuertoBanus

THE LOCATION combines peace and relaxation for all. The 70 acre tropical garden has 2 very large pools, tennis and paddle courts and a great restaurant (Bellini) with variety of foods.

Puerto Banus beach and its famous harbour is just around 10 minute walk and frequented by the jet set with its restaurants, bars and luxury shops. Two golf courses in the area: Aloha and Las Brisas both of which are around 5 min by car.

Marble floors throughout, large lounge/dining room. The property can accommodate up 6 peoples with en-suit master bedroom leading to a spacious terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying the sun through to sunset. The other two bedrooms have two beds each.
The lounge has international TV with access to the terrace.

The property comes equipped with fully functioning kitchen, Bath and beach towels.
