The spacious living and dining area offers direct access to the terrace, whilst the semi-open kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The living room amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels and central air conditioning.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, whilst the double guest bedroom has a second bathroom.

The complex offers enhanced security and is conveniently located adjacent to Parque de la Alameda. It provides a range of amenities at its doorstep, with the beach only 100 meters away and the renowned Orange Square and Puerto Deportivo de Marbella within a five-minute walk.
