Great location in the Centre of Puerto Banus. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Just a few metres from the beach

Location of the hotel is perfect. Only comment is that you will get street noise so if you are really sensitive to it then just take that into account. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was good and the addition of a fridge (that actually does get cold) was a nice addition. I never tried the breakfast or bar so cant comment but i did feel this hotel missed not having room service even if just a limited food and drink menu. Would i stay again. Yes. The location is great.

Only average, not 4* property or service. Very few staff and hardly any guests on our visit. The lobby bar was closed; no restaurant service other than breakfast which was about acceptable. Location is very good.

I wanted to give a higher rating to your service, but I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no coffee, tea or kettle in the room. I usually like to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning before heading to breakfast, so it would be great to have that service available. Thanks for listening!

We stayed 1 night and it was average, the location is excellent in the middle of everything, but for what we paid i excepted more facilities and amenities like the mini bar in the room (only 2 btls of water, nothing else) there is no bathrobes and slippers, no kettle and no coffee machine, the tv is old, the decoration of the room is very basic, you feel like you are in an empty room. For 300€ per night we expected a little more than we found.

A good hotel that I would return to

Third time I stayed here. Upgraded to top foor suite with double doors which blocked noise so effectively that I slept so well. Receptionists Erica and Haidala are very helpful and even found my charger i forgot behind. Good breakfast. Room very clean and with water procided. Bed comfortable. English channels available. Good aircon and hot showers. Great location, terrace with seaviews.

the hotel is nice, the rooms are not so big depending on the one you booked, i prefer the one with the balcony, the standard rooms are pretty small but its in a very good area, there is many restaurants around, bars, clubs and shopping
