The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave/oven combo, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.



The open-plan living and dining area features a table for six, a large comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with local channels, creating a perfect space to relax after a day on the Costa del Sol.



The highlight of this property is the large corner terrace with stunning sea views. Here you’ll find a lounge area, Weber gas grill, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight people, making it ideal for enjoying the sun, entertaining, or simply taking in the scenery.

Getting Around:

You can easily get around by foot in the area but you will have access to a private parking space in the garage.
