Luxury Apartment with Jacuzzi, Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Marbella, this spacious and stylish apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea, Morocco, and Gibraltar—perfect for stays with friends or family. Relax in the sun and enjoy al fresco dining while admiring the exceptional Mediterranean panorama. A glass-enclosed veranda with a dining area opens onto the large terrace, and for maximum tranquility, you have a heated outdoor jacuzzi.



The 150 m² apartment features tastefully decorated interiors, a comfortable living room with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen with sea views is fully equipped with modern amenities. There are two large double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and two spacious bathrooms, including an en-suite with a washer and dryer.



Parking is available nearby: one space in front of the building and another about 100 meters away. An airport or train station shuttle service can be arranged on request. On request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible from 10:00 pm to midnight, and self check-in is available after midnight.



The apartment is all on one level, with wide doors and windows fitted with electric shutters for easy access and optimal comfort. An elevator serves the 1st and 2nd floors. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed in communal areas.

Pros: We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located right on the beach and very close to the old city just a few minutes walk away. The highlight of this apartment is the large sundeck and the views up and down the beach. The cafes and bars below provided great background music while not being intrusive for lazy days in the sun, The apartment was roomy, clean and well appointed with all the essentials, however my only negative comment would be an improvement is needed in the quality of the bed and linen in the master bedroom which was disappointing for the accommodation costs. Having said that I would be happy to stay here again if we return to Marbella. Rupert was extremely helpful in providing all the information needed for a great stay. He was also of great assistance in retrieving our baggage which was lost in transit by the airline we used to get there. I might suggest that credit/debit card payment be an option on arrival.

We were so looking forward to a relaxed break as our work keeps us very busy. We had been to Marbell

Pros: We were so looking forward to a relaxed break as our work keeps us very busy. We had been to Marbella before on day trips but had never stayed. We knew the town and were looking forward to good food, good walks and cycling and some sun. The only unknown was our accommodation, well no worries there, the apartment was truly the star of the week, right on the beach in the thick of all the action yet quiet, beautiful aspect with morning till night on the stunning terrace and when it got too hot you had the beach in front or the hot tub to relax in. The interior was delightful, bedrooms away from living area with very good facilities. Im afraid to say much more as I want to be able to book again whenever I feel the need. heehee. Good people, great spot. What more do you need when a weeks rest is needed.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with all of the comforts of home. Very well equipped. The location is

Pros: Absolutely fantastic apartment with all of the comforts of home. Very well equipped. The location is ideal, right on the esplanade and only a 5 minute walk to the old town and all of its wonderful discoveries. Heaps and heaps of restaurants within an easy walk, so a vehicle is not necessary. Supermarkets and fresh food markets located within a 5 minute walk also. We really enjoyed barbecuing fresh local prawns and seafood on the outside patio overlooking the sea. The patio was south facing and as such received sun for most of the day. The owner, Rupert, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Thank you Rupert for providing us with such a wonderful Spanish holiday experience!!!

Pros: Leiligheten har en perfekt beliggenhet på stranden i Marbella. Vi var litt bekymret om det kunne være noe nattestøy, men bekymringene var helt ubegrunnet. Leiligheten var meget godt utstyrt med alt nødvendig tilbehør på kjøkkenet. Hvis det skulle være noe å sette fingeren på, må det være savnet etter noen gode stoler å sitte ute på terrassen i. Aloma og Jean var et særdeles hyggelig og oppofrende vertskap. Denne leiligheten kan absolutt anbefales!
