This modern and spacious apartment in Marbella offers an ideal space for families or groups of up to 5 people, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in an independent living room that guarantees privacy and comfort. Located in a quiet residential complex just 40 meters from Víbora Beach, it includes a parking space in the rate, access to three communal pools and landscaped areas where you can enjoy tranquility without leaving the premises. 🌴🏊‍♂️



The accommodation has a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and access to a spacious 30 m² terrace perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals. In addition, it has a laundry room and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer for greater comfort. 🍳🍽️



The two bedrooms have double beds, spacious wardrobes, and windows or direct access to the terrace, facilitating the entry of natural light. One of the bedrooms includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is located in the common area, accessible from the hallway. The single sofa bed in the glazed living room can accommodate the fifth person, although a supplement might be applied on some dates. 📺🛏️



The urbanisation is designed to offer small paths and gardens that invite you to disconnect, as well as swimming pools to enjoy the sun on days when you do not want to go to the beach. The extensive nearby beach is perfect for walks or to enjoy local gastronomy in beachfront restaurants, where you cannot miss the traditional sardine skewers. 🐟🍷

Nice decor and lay out and furniture, all amenities, great location close to the beach and easy from the airport.nice complex with good pool- it’s cold but lovely and fresh and we stayed early season. Really nice apartment. Deckchairs that you could take to the beach would be nice.

Escapada de Semana Santa perfecta!

Desde el primer contacto con el anfitrión hasta el momento de la salida, todo fue perfecto. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado con todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación del apartamento era muy buena, muy cerca de playas, restaurantes, etc. Sin duda Muy recomendable 🙂 Nada.
