Newly refurbished in a tranquil, residential area, the studio, a converted container house, has an open-plan kitchen/living area, and exterior dining, giving this space a comfortable, homey feel. It has a seperate bedroom with a double bed, with heacy curtains to ensure a good night´s sleep. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy your own private patio, as well as a shared sun terrace and hot tub - perfect for a relaxing stay! Fast internet connection also makes this perfect for remote working. Only 50m to the beach, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and a 20-minute walk to the bustling Puerto Banus or San Pedro.
