Apartment 'Penthouse' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Situated in central Marbella, this unique penthouse is located opposite Venus Beach and the Yacht Club, providing unparalleled convenience for large families and friends.

The first floor comprises a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a veranda with panoramic mountain views, and an additional toilet. All first-floor areas have access to a spacious terrace offering views of the sea and mountains.

The second floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and another terrace with mountain views.

All amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV equipped with streaming services, international channels, and central air conditioning.



A parking space is available near the property for an additional fee at approximately 100 meters away.

An additional fee is applicable for shuttle service from/to the airport or train station.

Upon request, baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available free of charge.

A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to 6 am for an additional fee.

An elevator is available within the building.

Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.
